Aging should offer possibilities, adventures, and confidence, but not fear.

Response to life determines how well we age.  Combining neuroscience (the brain, body, and nervous system) with my experience of dance, pilates, movement-based fitness, continuing education, circus, nutrition, writing, and speaker training, I support clients who believe in Aging Intelligently.

Stay active without fear of injury. You are meant to move. Aging well is freedom.

Everything you do, say, or think contributes to functioning better, becoming stronger, leaner, reducing and eliminating pain, and increasing injury resistance.
