Action Step, Finger & Wrist Mobility, Short Version

We’re still focused on joint mobility in the fingers and wrist.

 Just before you eat, practice:

Make circles both ways with each of your fingers and thumbs.

Squeeze a ball in each hand 10 times.

Make circles with your wrist, both ways.

Only then, eat.

This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (joint mobility).

That’s Aging Intelligently.
