Action Step, Eyes

This week, we’re focused on eyes, one step at a time.

Every time before you eat:

Sit tall, keep your head still but move your eyes, and work slowly. Complete a large round circle with your eyes. Do it four more times. Then complete five large round circles the other way.

Only then, eat.

This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (better eye movement and vision).
