Just before you eat, and
standing, hold your arms in front of you in the position of hugging a tree. Starting with your eyes, rotate everything to look behind yourself. Twist one way, then the other. Twist each way at least 5 times.
This is a rhythmic, feel-good, gentle twisting from side to side, to open up the spine which, when it isn’t so tight, allows your body to function without pain and stiffness.
