Just before you eat, practice:
Hands clasped, make circle 8’s one way, then the other, 10 times.
Then pretend you are squeezing a ball in each hand. Squeeze 10 times.
Only then, eat.
Eating triggers the thought that you are constantly and consistently working on aging in a smart way.
Good wrist mobility cuts down on carpal tunnel syndrome.
This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (wrist mobility).
