Weight

2/3’s  of Americans are overweight, 1/3rd  are obese. Any and all exercise can help reduce weight.

    GREAT to get these posts and to know you are up and running!!! BTW- Are these the old guidelines where women had little muscle??? I hardly think a 156 lb, 5′-4.5″ pound athlete is obese…just sayin’

      Sadly, these are the latest guidelines. Athletes are not the general population, and 2/3rd’s of the general population who lacks good muscle tone has a weight issue, which is hard on the heart, joints, and lungs. That shortens life, and is so not Aging Intelligently…just saying’
