Action Step, Balance
This week, it’s balance, one step at a time.
Just before you eat, stand on one foot for 20 seconds, then the other. If you can, close your eyes. If not, don’t worry about it. If you cannot do 20 seconds, do 5 seconds, or whatever you can.
Only then, eat.
This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (improving balance).
