Only then, eat.
This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to acquire (balance).
Aging Intelligently is a process and a practice.
Start Aging Intelligently today. The process: one step at a time. The road: move everything in your body every day. People think you lose balance skills because you age. Not true. You lose balance skills because you don’t practice balance skills. If you want your balance to improve, practice balance. Just before you eat: stand on one foot, eyes open. Bring the other foot to the front. Hold 5 seconds. Bring the foot to the side. Hold 5 seconds. Bring the foot to the back. Hold 5 seconds. You have just balanced on one foot for 15 seconds. Change feet. If this seems easy, or you want to challenge yourself, practice with your eyes closed.
Only then, eat.
