This week, it’s cognitive brain function, one step at a time.
Just before you eat, count backyards from 100 by 7’s.
It goes like this: 100, 93, 86; keep going to 0.
Only then, eat.
This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (improving your brain health).
