Only then, eat.
This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (better eye focus ).
Aging Intelligently is a process and a practice.
Start Aging Intelligently today. The process: one step at a time. The road: move everything in your body every day.
This is about focusing your eyes quickly. This skill is more useful than you think: changing lanes in traffic, jumping out of the way of a run-away baby carriage, watching some hottie play tennis.
Just before you eat, and maybe sitting as well, close your eyes, move your head quickly in one direction (up, down, side to side, or diagonally, not all at the same time), and open your eyes. Focus on something as quickly as you can. Sometimes focus on something near you, other times focus far away. But always focus before you close your eyes again. Close your eyes, turn, open your eyes, focus at least 10 times.
Only then, eat.
