Action Step: Knees
We are aging intelligently, one step at a time.
Before you eat,
Standing with feet hip width apart, bend you knees. Straighten, tightening your quads (front of your thighs), and squeezing your glutes (butt) every time.
Repeat.
25 times.
Only then, eat.
This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (knee strength and joint mobility).
