Action Step: Sitting Tall

We are aging intelligently, one step at a time.

Before you eat,

lengthen your spine to be as tall as you can; open your shoulders wide.

Lift your head away from your shoulders.

Lift your chest away from your hips. 

Sit for 30 seconds. Count, if you have to.

Only then, eat.

This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (posture).
