Eye Crosses

This week, we’re focused on eyes, one step at a time.

Before you eat anything:

Sit tall, keep your head still but move your eyes, and work slowly. Eyes up, down, right, left. Yes, that’s right, you are making a cross. Practice 10 times, then change to eyes down, up, left, right. Practice that 10 times.

Only then, eat.

This utilizes eye muscles that you don’t normally use. What you don’t use, you lose, and you want your eyes to work as well as they can until the day you drop dead.

This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (better eye movement and vision).

That’s Aging Intelligently.
