ACTION STEP: Brain Games

Start Aging Intelligently today, one step at a time. It’s cognitive function, or brain games day.

Just before you eat,

stand up and count backwards from 100 by 7’s. So, 100, 93, etc. Then repeat the process, except count back by 9’s. So, 100, 91, etc. Do each of these twice. If this is easy, try some other numbers like 11 or 13. Odd numbers are harder than even numbers. 

This improves brain function, and the ability to think, keeping you sharp until the day you drop dead.

Only then, eat.

This adds a habit you already do (eating) to a habit that you want to form (amazing brain function).

Aging Intelligently is a process and a practice.
